Delivery Time

Standard Delivery: Orders are typically delivered within 7-12 business days after payment completion. This period includes 1-3 business days for order processing (Monday - Friday) and 6-9 business days for international transit (Monday - Friday). This option does not guarantee delivery on a specific date. Please note that delivery times may be longer for areas outside of mainland United Kingdom and for certain remote areas.

 

If an order includes customized items, processing times may be extended by up to 3 additional business days. The estimated shipping time for your order will be clearly displayed at checkout.

Depending on the weight, size, and value of your order, as well as your delivery address, we will select the most appropriate carrier for the shipment.

We do not guarantee delivery on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Costs (VAT included)

Delivery:

  • Free shipping for purchase amounts over 45 GBP.

  • A flat rate shipping fee of 6 GBP is charged for purchase amounts below 45 GBP.

Tracking Number

We will send you a tracking number after your order is shipped.

Please note that tracking information usually takes 2-5 business days to appear in the carrier's system, as logistics providers need time to process and synchronize the data.
