I. Return Period
Standard Return Period: Within 30 business days from the date you confirm receipt of the goods.
Note: The return period is based on the shipping receipt you provide.
II. Return Conditions
To ensure a smooth return process, returned items must meet all the following conditions simultaneously:
Item Condition: Unused, unwashed, free from signs of use, with intact tags, and in the original packaging (including dust bags, padding, etc.).
Included Items: All free gifts, accessories, instruction manuals, warranty cards, etc., delivered with the item must be returned together with the item.
Documentation: Original proof of purchase (order screenshot or invoice) must be provided.
The following cases are not eligible for return:
Used or damaged items.
Customized or personalized items, except in cases of product defects or incorrect delivery.
Items returned after the return period has expired.
III. Goods Receipt and Processing by Us
Our team will review your request within 24 business hours (Monday - Friday). Once we receive and inspect your returned item, the entire refund process will be completed within 7 business days. This includes our internal processing time and the time required for the funds to be credited back to your original payment method.
Once it is confirmed that the item meets the return conditions, we will initiate the refund immediately.

Standard Delivery: Orders are typically delivered within 7-12 business days after payment completion. This option does not guarantee delivery on a specific date but may involve leaving the package in a safe place. Please note that tracking information usually takes 2-5 business days to appear in the carrier's system, as logistics providers need time to process and synchronize the data.
